Terms of use

Last updated: June 2026. By using Bundloo you agree to these terms.

What Bundloo is

Bundloo is an information service that compares travel deals and assembles suggested trip bundles. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We do not sell travel, hold inventory, take payment, or enter into any booking contract with you.

Bookings are with the provider

When you click a deal link, you leave Bundloo and book directly with a third-party provider (for example Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, or a partner via Travelpayouts). Your booking is governed by that provider's terms and conditions, including price, availability, payment, changes, cancellation and refunds. Any contract is between you and the provider.

Prices and availability

Prices, ratings and availability shown on Bundloo are indicative, may be cached, and can change at any time. Always confirm the final details on the provider's website before booking. We are not responsible for provider errors, sold-out deals or price differences.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

Acceptable use

  • Use the site for personal, non-commercial trip research.
  • Don't scrape, copy or republish our content without permission.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.

Liability

Bundloo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any booking you make with a provider. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
